DC Sports cat-back exhaust systems were engineered from the get-go with a few strict parameters in mind. Power is made by using mandrel-bent, stainless steel tubing with a straight-through design. They meet the federal requirements for noise emissions, but still create a nice, sporty exhaust note. This is accomplished by using a resonator before the exhaust, and a straight-through muffler packed with stainless steel wool and fiberglass. These exhaust systems are made of durable, polished stainless steel in a variety of vehicle-specific configurations.

DC Sports 4-2-1 headers are second-to-none when it comes to performance. They feature a one-piece design for lighter weight and a cleaner look, while maximizing your engine's output to produce the most power available. They're made from CNC mandrel-bent tubing, have specially designed flanges, and are built using the latest TIG/MIG-welded construction. They'll provide you with an increase of up to 10 hp and are available in your choice of polished stainless steel or ceramic coated finishes. Instructions are included. Unless otherwise noted, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer. This includes components like cylinder heads, chassis, steering, motor mounts, body mounts and bushings, etc. If your vehicle is using aftermarket components, parts from other applications, or custom altered parts, then it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment.

DC Sports offers front exhaust pipes for a variety of applications, including select Honda© and Acura© cars from 2017 and up. These upgrades are designed to enhance exhaust flow, reduce restriction compared to OE, and add a deep, aggressive exhaust note. They support higher horsepower, especially for boosted setups. The pipes deliver improved throttle response, sound, and performance for a sportier driving experience. Construction involves TIG-welded 304 stainless steel piping and flanges; and bolt-on installation is quick and easy. Front pipes are compatible with both OEM and aftermarket downpipes, allowing you to customize your exhaust setup.
