Hooker exhaust cutouts improve a good, old idea with new materials. These cut-outs will provide years of worry-free use with a mixture of stainless steel and aluminum. The materials will keep the elements out and the sound ... well, that's up to you. A simple flip of the switch or push of the button puts you in control of sound and performance. Hooker offers single and dual cut-out kits. Hooker exhaust cutouts feature: * TIG-welded T-304 stainless steel tubing for a clean and weather-resistant finish * 6061 aircraft aluminum motor and valve bracket * Instant performance gains when opened * Dual kits include a "Y" cable for simple wiring and simultaneous valve operation * Single kits have a toggle switch to operate the valves, while dual kits have a remote for valve operation * Stainless tip can be positioned for any direction of exhaust * Components available separately * Simple 12 V cigarette lighter plug-in for main power supply

They aren't compatible with stock manual transmission reverse lock-out linkage, aftermarket, custom linkage or cable drive set-up required to maintain mechanism operation. Hooker Competition Headers
Hooker Competition headers are designed for stock or mildly modified engines for the value-conscious buyer. Made from durable 16-gauge steel, Competition headers feature 5/16 in. thick flanges that are heavy enough to maintain header integrity, yet pliable enough to seal each exhaust port. Unless otherwise noted, these headers are designed to fit the vehicle as it came from the manufacturer. This includes components like cylinder heads, chassis, steering, motor mounts, body mounts and bushings, etc. If your vehicle is using aftermarket components, parts from other applications, or custom altered parts, then it is the installer's responsibility to verify fitment.
