Eagle SIR I-Beam Connecting Rods
Why spend time and money reconditioning your stock rods—when you can upgrade to a set of Eagle SIR I-Beam connecting rods for less? They're forged from 5140 steel for outstanding strength and reliability, and they come in both press-fit and bushed pin models. Their lightweight design places less stress on the rest of your rotating assembly to increase engine life and better handle high-rpm use. The rods are X-rayed, sonic-tested, magnafluxed, and shot-peened to stress-relieve the metal. They come with 12-point ARP Wave-Lok rod bolts and are weight-matched to within two grams. The big end sizing is controlled by in-house CNC equipment to ensure precise machining and accurate fitment. Order the individual rod or set recommended for your year/make and engine application.

Eagle H-Beam Connecting Rods
Free your engine's horsepower on the wings of Eagle H-beam connecting rods. Their 2-piece, forged, vacuum-degassed, 4340-certified steel construction provides outstanding strength, while still weighing much less than stock rods. Each rod is multi-stage heat-treated, X-rayed, sonic-tested, magnafluxed, 100 percent machined, and then shot-peened to stress-relieve the metal. The rods have precision cap alignment sleeves to positively locate each rod cap, silicon bronze bushings for floating pin models—and are available in stroker models that allow additional cam-to-rod clearance for large stroke combinations. They come standard with 190,000 psi rated ARP 8740 and 230,000 psi rated ARP 2000 rod bolts, or 265,000 psi rated ARP L-19 bolts as upgrades. Instructions and rod bolt lubrication are included. Eagle Forged 4340 Steel Crankshafts
Eagle forged 4340 steel crankshafts are great for high performance applications. They feature non-twist forging, undergo a multi-stage heat-treatment process, and are stress-relieved and shot-peened. These cranks are X-rayed, magnafluxed, and sonic-tested, so you know you're getting a top-quality piece. Each crankshaft has chamfered oil holes for improved oiling, a .125 in. radius on rod and main journals for increased strength, and the journals are precision-ground and micro-polished to less than 5 R.A. A target bob weight of +/- 2 percent greatly reduces balancing time. Many options are available; order the model recommended for your year/make and engine application.

Eagle CRS Lightweight H-Beam Connecting Rods
Eagle now offers their CRS lightweight H-beam connecting rods in their Featherweight series. The lighter design provides less rotating mass for flawless high-rpm performance. Their 2-piece, forged, vacuum-degassed, 4340-certified steel construction provides superb strength at a fraction of the weight of most other rods. Each rod is multi-stage heat-treated, X-rayed, sonic-tested, magnafluxed, 100 percent machined, and shot-peened to stress-relieve the metal. The rods have a stout cap screw attachment with precision cap alignment sleeves to positively locate each rod cap. They come with 220,000 psi rated ARP 2000 cap screw rod bolts, instructions, and rod bolt lubrication.
