Improved Racing Adjustable PCV and Turbo Oiling Restrictor Valves
Replace your traditional PCV valve with Improved Racing adjustable PCV restrictor valves for better reliability and increased crankcase vacuum. They are perfect for LS engines with aftermarket valley covers that do not have a built-in PCV restrictor like the factory cover, and they can also restrict oil flow to a turbocharger to avoid flooding the turbo. Improved Racing's restrictor valves can be used on their own, replacing traditional PCV valves in naturally aspirated engines, or combined with a check valve to prevent pressurizing the crankcase under boost in turbocharged applications. Allstar Performance Oil Restrictors
Cut power loss from windage with Allstar Performance oil restrictors. They're designed to replace the factory oil galley plugs at the back of the block and restrict oil flow to the top end, forcing more oil to the bearings. The restrictors are available in different sizes for various engine applications.

Moroso Oil Restrictor Kits
When roller rocker arms are installed, along with a mechanical lifter cam, the amount of oil flow required to the valvetrain is greatly reduced. Installing Moroso oil restrictor kits limits this unnecessary oil flow. These kits reduce the power-robbing windage created from the excess oil draining past the rotating assembly and keeps the oil flowing where it is needed most, the rod and main bearings.

Engine Works Oil Restrictors
Engine Works offers oil restrictors for a variety of engine applications from the 1950s and up. Machined from aluminum, they fit in most small and big block Chevy blocks (except Bowtie) at the rear of the block. Simply replace the oil galley plugs (tapping may be required). These restrictors are not for use with hydraulic lifters. An oil restrictor installs in the oil passages of the engine block. It limits the flow of oil to certain parts of the engine. Engine oil lubricates and cools vital engine components. In most cases, more oil usually means the engine will run cooler and last longer. However, in some specific RACING applications, more oil can actually reduce the performance of the engine. When roller rockers and solid lifters are installed, the amount of oil required by the valvetrain is reduced greatly. Installing an oil restrictor kit will limit the oil flow, reducing the windage created from excess oil draining past the rotating assembly. This keeps the oil flowing where it is needed most—to the rod and main bearings.

COMP Cams Oil Restrictors
When building a high performance engine with a solid or solid roller cam, it's necessary to meter the amount of oil going through the lifters and up to the rocker arms. Too much oil to the top will starve the main and rod bearings and cause engine failure. COMP Cams oil restrictors are easy-to-use parts and should be considered when installing a solid lifter or a solid roller camshaft. Simply screw directly into the oil gallery with no machine work.

Milodon Oil Flow Restrictor Plugs
Don't let oil go to your head! Milodon oil flow restrictor plugs solve the common high performance engine problem of too much oil in the head area. They restrict approximately 75 percent of the oil to the top end of the engine for better lubrication and prevent oil wastage at the lifters (which will cause windage problems). This also keeps the sump better supplied with oil. These plugs install easily into the back of the block in place of the stock plugs. They're not for use with hydraulic lifters.

World Products Merlin IV Engine Blocks
World Products has made improvements to virtually every area of the new Merlin IV engine blocks—with the goal of producing the most technologically advanced and best-performing iron BBC block available today! New features include thicker main webs for increased strength and thicker cylinder walls which are nominally .310 in. @ 4.600 in. bore. In addition to the standard BBC 9.800 in. and 10.200 in. deck heights, new heights measuring 9.500 in., 9.850 in. and 10.250 in. are now available. The World Products Merlin IV engine blocks are also available with a 2.120 in. BBC cam journal and standard .842 in. lifter bores, or with a 2.283 in. journal for a 55mm Babbitt cam and .904 in. lifter bores. World Products has added a front oil feed for dry sump systems, and relocated the lifter oil feeds and restrictor provisions to the front of the blocks.

Turbosmart OPR T40 Oil Pressure Regulators
Many turbochargers are built around a bearing and oil pressure profile much lower than is seen by modern and high-performance engines. Feeding these turbochargers the appropriate oil pressure has always been challenging. Traditional methods to limit oil pressure have been with a restrictor aimed at reducing pressure, which also reduces flow. Turbosmart OPR T40 are true regulators allowing the target oil pressure of 40 psi to be achieved without compromising oil flow. This takes the guesswork out of the restrictor or feed and drain hose selection and ensures the oil going to the turbocharger never exceeds the manufacturer's tolerances, providing you with a rock-solid oil supply pressure within the manufacture's tolerances.
