COMP Cams Hi-Tech Roller Race timing sets are designed for extreme racing applications. They feature double-row chains with oversized rollers for extra strength and reliability, plus crank sprockets with three keyways. These three choices allow you to set cam timing at normal, 4 degrees advanced, or 4 degrees retarded. Hi-Tech Roller Race sets are dynamically balanced for smoother, more accurate operation, with less fluctuation.

COMP Cams twin cam camshafts are designed as a performance upgrade, that offer more power with long valve train life. These camshafts provide a great performance upgrade to any 103 cubic inch and larger twin cam engine. The cams feature a sophisticated "Endurance Ramp" lobe design that makes big power but is easy on the tappets and valve train for long life. They feature a wide power band and pull great up to 5200 – 6200 RPM dependent upon the camshafts selected, and engine combination. The cams are made from 8620 billet steel for added strength and durability. Upgrade your camchest by installing a set of Comp twin cam camshafts.

Melling timing chain sets are designed for use with either performance or stock cams. They have a solid-bushing chain for a true bearing surface that rolls with the sprockets, eliminating chain stretch. The crank gears are machined from stress-proof steel. Most Melling timing chain sets have three keyways to ensure accurate timing for early or late model vehicles, and to allow you to set the cam timing at 4 degrees advanced, 4 degrees retarded, or stock. However, 50-state (stock replacement) sets have single keyways. The chains are available in several styles, such as single or double roller, single non-roller, and link belt. Melling timing chain sets are not for use above 6,500 rpm. Order the model designed for your vehicle application.
