Hot Cams Drop-In Performance Camshafts

Hot Cams drop-in performance camshafts are one of the most economical, reliable, easy-to-install camshafts and add power gains to dirt bikes, ATVs, and UTVs. Hot Cams drop-in performance camshafts feature 8620 billet case-hardened steel and are CNC-machined for an exact fit and lobe profile. They are engineered to be drop-in cams that use stock valve springs in most cases and have multiple stages to choose from for many of the most popular applications. Stage 1 is designed for excellent bottom end, Stage 2 is designed for increased bottom to midrange performance, and Stage 3 is designed for top end performance.

Skunk2 Racing Tuner Drop-In Camshafts

Skunk2's Tuner drop-in camshafts are designed as a performance upgrade to stock or near stock vehicles running 3-lobe VTEC K20A/ K20A2/ K20Z1/ K20Z3 and K24A2 engines or cylinder heads. These DIC's are compatible with stock valve springs and retainers; however, a valve spring upgrade can always be considered beneficial. Each cam is manufactured of forged tool steel core for increased torsional strength, improved durability characteristics, and reduced frictional effects. All of Skunk2 Racing cams are ground to exact specifications using state-of-the-art CNC cam grinding machines equipped with cubic-boron grinding wheels and feature hardened, wear-resistant lobes and surfaces. The Tuner DIC's incorporate the same cutting-edge FAST RAMP and AMAX features as Skunk2's professional BMF and Ultra lines, which are responsible for increasing overall performance and producing unmatched response from idle to redline. You can expect optimized mid-range and top-end horsepower/torque with peak power moved up the rpm band, producing a seamless VTEC crossover! Skunk2 designs and tests all of its camshafts in-house to ensure the highest quality and performance.
