S&S Cycle 97 in. Big Bore Kits

S&S Cycle 97 in. big bore kits will increase the displacement of 88 in. engines to 97 in., are easy to install, and require no machining or re-balancing. Using an 11-fin design, these pre-finished cylinders closely resemble the OEM shape and are ready to install. Order an S&S Cycle 97 in. big bore kit—and take your stock engine case as big as it'll go! S&S Cycle Twin Cam 88A Crankcases

The Twin Cam 88A crankcases from S&S Cycle provide a stronger, more reliable, and more durable foundation for the engine, particularly in high-performance applications, addressing weaknesses in the previous Evolution engine. The Twin Cam 88A is intended to replace crankcases in HD® Twin Cam 88 engines in existing HD® chassis only. S&S stock style crankcases have a rear motor mount that bolts directly to the stock 1999-2006 transmission for all models except 2006 HD® Dyna. Known for their strength and durability, these crankcases are compatible with the stock primary, charging system, and other stock components. Stock bore cases are perfect for replacement applications, 4 in. bore cases are a natural for use with the S&S Super Sidewinder Hot Set Up kits, and 4 1/8 in. bore cases make really large displacement custom engines possible and are available with the S&S cylinder stud pattern or with the stock cylinder stud pattern. The 4 1/8 in. bore cases with stock stud pattern are ideal for the S&S 124 in. Hot Set Up Kit for stock crankcases. Select the Twin Cam 88A crankcase designed specifically for your HD® bike model.

S&S Cycle Hot Set-Up Twin Cam cylinders are handsomely designed to house your pistons. They are crafted from aluminum, available in a silver, stone gray, or machined wrinkle black finish, and have a stock bolt pattern. Select the Hot Set-Up cylinders designed for your Big Twin engine.
