Trick Flow® Twisted Wedge® 11R 170 heads are a direct replacement for previous Twisted Wedge® heads and work with all Twisted Wedge®-specific pistons. New high-velocity, race-inspired CNC street ported runners have been optimized for today's popular bore and stroke combinations, and have a standard resolution surface finish for significant performance gains. BoostLine connecting rods are designed specifically for demanding turbocharged, supercharged, and big nitrous applications. The patented, 3-pocket body forged from premium 4340 steel incorporates the best features of both the H-beam (mass/weight) and I-beam (strength) designs. This provides 60 percent more bending strength compared to common H-beam rods. Each piece is heat-treated, shot-peened, and fitted with ARP-2000 cap screws (strong, malleable, and 220,000 psi rating) before final finish machining. Keep things straight with a set of BoostLine connecting rods (also available individually). Order the connecting rods in the model recommended for your specific engine size. These Brodix Cylinder Heads BB-2 Plus heads work well with a heavy car and a smaller engine. Brodix BB-2 Xtra cylinder heads flow over 375 cfm with only the bowls blended and the intake ports matched to the gaskets. The intake ports have been contoured and matched for use in today's 540 cu. in. or larger bracket-racing big block Chevy engines. The exhaust ports are raised 0.600 in. higher than stock.
