Scat forged counterweighted crankshafts are made from high-tensile 4340 chromoly steel, with fully machined exterior profiles. All four counterweights are machined to exact symmetrical position and mass. The cranks are electronically balanced to within 2 grams, ground to exacting tolerances, and micro-polished for maximum bearing life. These replacement crankshafts are designed for 1908-27 Ford Model T applications.
