Performance Design race style carbon fiber LS valve covers offer ultra-lightweight solid carbon fiber body construction, titanium fasteners, and a polymer injection molded seal flange. Thoughtful design provides features to retain the fasteners when the cover is turned over. The fully isolated design is also similar to production, so all OEM-style gasket/sealing and positive locators will match for easy installation. Available models include these race-style with two -12 AN ports and two oil cap plugs, dry sump-style without AN ports, and wet sump-style with a -12 AN port and oil cap. Each of these versions are available with black or red LS3/LS7-style compact coil brackets. An optional billet oil fill cap is also available separately. The 2.0T EA888.4 found in the MQB EVO / MK8 platform has possibly the most underwhelming engine cover to grace the 2.0T since its inception generations back. Some vehicles even came with no cover at all due to the fact the flimsy and floppy factory cover could pop off and catch on fire.
