Ring grooves are precision-machined for .043, .043, 3.0mm backcut rings with lateral gas ports for a superior ring seal.

Up to 70 grams lighter than traditional "full round" pistons (including wrist pins and rings), these hollow dome gas-ported pistons are also stronger and more durable due to modern FEA-designed forging.
