Also, oil can be emptied out of the assembly in seconds, exposing the element and the filtered particles. This permits you to visually inspect particles and contaminants to determine if they are from normal use, or from bearings and other components excessively wearing in the engine or machinery. The high-flow, screw-on filters are available with a clear or black powdercoat finish. Each of the assemblies includes filter, reusable stainless steel mesh element, and bracket kit.
