They are crafted from aluminum, available in a silver, stone gray, or machined wrinkle black finish, and have a stock bolt pattern. Select the Hot Set-Up cylinders designed for your Big Twin engine. Please note: Individual cylinders and cylinder sets without pistons are bored slightly under normal size and are not honed.

S&S Cycle 106 in. big bore kits will increase the displacement of 95 in. engines to 106 in., are easy to install, and require no machining or re-balancing. Using an 11-fin design, these pre-finished cylinders closely resemble the OEM shape and are ready to install. Order an S&S Cycle 106 in. big bore kit—and take your stock engine case as big as it'll go! Features of the S&S Cycle 106 in. in. Big Bore kits: * The 106 in. big bore kits yield excellent results with stock cylinder heads * Feature the same silver or black wrinkle powder-coat as stock, so they match the stock finish of the engine * Specifications: 3.927 in. bore, 4 3/8 in. stroke, 106 in. displacement, and 10:1 compression ratio with stock heads (9.7:1 compression ratio with S&S 89cc heads) * Feature the largest bore (3.927 in.) that can safely be used in a cylinder with stock spigot diameter * Even though stock cylinders can be bored to fit the 3.927 in. pistons, the included S&S cylinders feature a much stronger liner to stand up to the added power * Easy installation: no need to bore or split existing cases, just swap the cylinders * Kits include cylinders, pistons, rings and gaskets (head, base and exhaust) * For best performance, appropriate camshafts, performance air cleaner, performance exhaust and fuel system tuning is required
