A fully dressed engine includes everything except front drive accessories (like alternators and power steering pumps), and even a warranty!

These terms aren’t that precise, and can mean different things to different manufacturers, so make sure the crate engine you buy comes with everything you need and nothing you don’t. They start off with a Ford Performance Parts Boss 351 block with a 9.500 in. deck height that features a forged steel crankshaft with forged steel H-beam connecting rods attached to forged pistons with floating wrist pins. At the heart of the engines are high port/high-flow Ford Performance Z-heads.
