Ford Performance Parts 289/302/351W X2 Street Cruiser aluminum assembled cylinder heads provide an easy way to bolt-on significant horsepower to your Street Cruiser package! Manufactured using all-new Ford tooling, and constructed using 356-T6 aluminum, each cylinder head is cast, precision machined, and assembled with premium components. The X2 heads also feature high-temperature exhaust valve seats, bronze guides, common rocker bosses for strength, and increased section thickness in critical areas for porting. Sold individually, two of these X2 Street Cruiser cylinder heads are required for you to complete your engine's horsepower upgrade. Edelbrock Ford flathead cylinder heads feature your choice of the original Edelbrock script logo or the block-style logo. Designed for both Fords and Mercurys, these heads are rugged, ribbed internally and externally, with a large water capacity, and excellent breathing characteristics. Available with 74 cc or 65 cc chamber volumes, the 65cc heads support an 8.0:1 compression ratio on blocks with a 3/16 in. base relief (stock bore and stroke); compression ratio increase is approximately 3/10 of a percent with each 1/8 in. of stroke increase. The high lift/large chamber versions feature a new "raised roof" combustion chamber design and are CNC-machined for high lift cams. Perfect for reducing compression in supercharger applications or for low octane fuel, they offer increased valve clearance and improved flow capacity. Ford Performance Parts Z-Series aluminum cylinder heads provide increased intake and exhaust airflow and are available for Ford small block Windsor engines. They were designed using solid modeling technology from prime A356 T-6 aluminum and feature high-flow ports, steel alloy intake and exhaust valve seats, and manganese-bronze valve guides. Ford Z-Series heads accept both tapered seat and gasket-style 14mm spark plugs and are available as-cast or CNC-ported, both bare and assembled.
