They're available in different size options, individually or in a set of 8. Check out the long list of premium features: * 4340 forged steel * Tested to over 1,200 hp in boosted applications * Designed for up to 5,000 ft. per minute avg. piston speed in Street and Drag applications * ARP 2000 rod bolts with 200,000 psi tensile strength * Dual ribbing on rod cap for maximum strength * Stroker clearanced--minor cylinder notching may be required * Accommodates most camshafts with 4.250 stroke * Bores finished to +/- .0001 in. * Balanced to within +/- 1 gram per end * Full-floating with precision-honed bronze bushing * Small-end supports the wrist pin with minimal side clearance for maximum shear strength * Each rod is magnetic particle tested to ensure flawlessness * Shot-peened finish to remove potential for stress risers

Howards Cams Ultimate Duty Forged Billet Connecting Rods
Howards Cams Ultimate Duty forged billet connecting rods start with certified high-nickel 4340 aircraft-quality steel and are fully CNC-machined on the newest generation of equipment to ensure the removal of all surface imperfections. They are specially heat-treated using a multi-phase process to produce the ultimate in strength and reliability. Then these Ultimate Duty rods are fully stress-relieved and shot-peened to ensure that no stress risers remain. Howards Cams Ultimate Duty Forged billet connecting rods are profiled for long stroke applications and weight savings. The rod caps are double-ribbed for added strength and the rod cap alignment sleeves will keep the bearing caps precisely aligned. The rods are bronze bushed for floating pins and use 7/16 in. ARP 2000 cap screw fasteners to secure the caps.

Howards Cams Extreme Duty X-Beam Forged Billet Connecting Rods
These Extreme Duty X-Beam forged billet connecting rods are designed to provide the ultimate in strength and durability. These rods start with certified 4340 aircraft-quality steel and are fully CNC-machined on the newest generation of equipment to ensure the removal of all surface imperfections. A precision EDM laser burns a hole from the top of the rod bearing journal to the wrist pin bushing for an extra supply of oil to the piston pin. They are fully stress-relieved and shot-peened to ensure that no stress risers remain. The beam is profiled for weight savings and the cap has been lightened for easier balancing. They are specially heat-treated using a multi-phase process and the rod caps are double-ribbed for added strength. Their rod cap alignment dowels to keep the bearing caps precisely aligned. Howards Cams Extreme Duty X-Beam forged connecting rods are bronze-bushed for floating pins, while 7/16 in. ARP cap screw fasteners secure the caps.
