RHS offers V8 engine timing covers for a variety of LS performance applications, such as Gen III/IV 4.8L, 5.3L, 6.0L, 6.2L, and 7.0L GM blocks. Cast from aluminum, these front covers are simply the best and most modular in their class. They allow for the installation of a front mount cam sensor, an aftermarket harmonic balancer, and even a front mount crank trigger. These covers are not included with the purchase of an RHS race block, but are available for purchase separately. NOTE: If building an engine using the 2-stage LS7 oil pump, use the LS7 front cover kit (P/N 5497). If building an engine using the standard LS single-stage oil pump, use the LS1-6 front cover kit (P/N 5496).
