These COMP Cams belt tensioners with idler pulleys replace the stock LS engine unit but use the factory drive belt. The new systems do not require disabling the stock tensioner and keep the correct tension on the belt, regardless of the demand. March Performance 1994-95 5.0L Mustang pulley kits provide approximately 12.5 HP at 5,000 rpm and exude 13.6 ft.-lbs. of torque at 3,900 rpm. These 3-piece pulley kits are available in steel or aluminum. The steel sets are precision-machined to run perfectly true. They consist of high-carbon steel coated with iron phosphate, which is then covered with a high-gloss black polyester coating for maximum rust prevention. The aluminum sets are machined from 6061-T6 billet aluminum for extra strength. Then they are hand-polished, covered with a "no polishing" clear powdercoated finish, and hard-coated in high wear areas.

March Performance Chevy big block serpentine conversion kits simply bolt onto the front of any big block Chevy heads. Depending on the kit you choose, the alternator, A/C, and optional power steering will be either outward or mid-mounted. These pulleys are precision CNC-machined from solid billet 6061 T-6 aluminum to fit perfectly and handle high-torque and vibration. They are then clear powdercoated to eliminate polishing in those hard-to-reach places. These pulleys will not fracture like common cast pulleys, since they have high-tensile strength for much longer wear. The street rod ratio increases water flow and fan speed, which helps during critical low-speed driving. The kits are available with performance pulleys for increased horsepower, high water flow ratios for increased cooling, or mid-performance ratios for a combination of both.
