S&S Cycle Oil Pump Kits

If you're overhauling an older motorcycle engine or building a lubrication system from scratch, consider the turnkey ease of S&S Cycle oil pump kits. They offer the same width oil supply and return gears as a stock Harley-Davidson® aluminum pump, but these driveshaft gears increase potential oil volume delivery by 25 percent over stock on some engines. S&S pumps are machined with an oil pressure bleed-off passage, relieving pressure build-up on top of the valve to maintain consistent oil pressure. Excess oil is also routed directly to the supply side of the pump to reduce the amount returned to the tank—which means less foaming and cavitation. The kits are available for a variety of bikes, including Big Twin models. S&S Cycle Inner Cam Gears

S&S Cycle offers inner cam gears for a variety of Harley-Davidson© street bikes from 2006 and up. This is the gear located on the inside of a camshaft, directly connected to the camshaft itself. It's responsible for transferring rotational motion from the timing belt or chain to the camshaft, allowing it to open and close the engine valves at the correct timing. Essentially, an inner cam gear is the primary gear on the camshaft that engages with the timing system to rotate the camshaft properly. These OE-style replacements are manufactured from factory materials and specifications to ensure proper fitment and long-lasting performance.

S&S Cycle V111 Cylinder Kits

The S&S Cycle V111 cylinder kits are an exceptional choice for riders who choose to re-work their bikes for more power. This 4 1/8 in. bore cylinder and piston kit by S&S Cycle replaces the cylinders and pistons on early production S&S V111 engines for 1984-1999 Big Twins. With top-of-the-line components, the V111 cylinder kits include S&S 4 1/8 in. bore cylinders, forged pistons, rings, wrist pins, head and base gaskets. Pistons are flat topped design intended for use with S&S Super Stock cylinder heads. The cylinders are machined with the S&S bolt pattern and are intended for use in S&S crankcases used in early S&S V111 engines. Designed for 4 3/8 in. stroke flywheels, resulting in 111 in. displacement. For best performance expectations, appropriate camshafts, performance air cleaner, performance exhaust and fuel system tuning are required.
