These brand new clean sheet designed aftermarket blocks are cast in a modern state-of-the-art German foundry on brand new molds and machined in USA on modern high-speed machining centers that can hold the tightest of tolerances. Why start your engine build with a dirty, old, worn-out production block that needs hundreds or thousands of dollars of machine work--when you can start with a new heavy-duty casting full of high-performance features. We ship these blocks mostly finished but leave the cylinder bore .005" undersize, your machine shop will have to hone them for proper size. S&S Cycle Super Stock cylinder head kits feature stock-appearing cylinder heads with improved performance. These heads work well with engines of stock displacement but are ideal for engines with a little larger stroke or bore. They are compatible with stock rocker boxes, intake manifolds, and exhaust. The S&S high-performance valve springs allow for camshafts with larger lifts. Super Stock aluminum cylinder head kits are available in multiple finishes depending on application and they contain all the parts needed for installation except where noted.

S&S Cycle Milwaukee 8 gear drive cam chest kits include everything necessary to convert to gear drive for improved cam timing accuracy and eliminate the stock cam chain tensioner. All parts in each kit are matched to ensure superior quality, fit, finish and performance. Each kit includes necessary gaskets, components, and hardware required for a complete installation. S&S gear drive kits are available for water-cooled and oil-cooled motorcycle models. Select the kit designed for your bike.
