Manley Lightweight Dual Drag Race Valve Springs
Manley lightweight dual drag race valve springs offer exceptional strength and performance, while reducing weight and promoting higher revs. These springs are manufactured from super-clean, high-tensile chrome silicon steel and are shot-peened to MIL specs for maximum fatigue life. They feature proprietary, multi-step heat-treating that minimizes load loss and have computer-aided modeling to minimize valve bounce and valve gear separation. Manley valve springs are smaller in diameter with a lightweight dual design, allowing engines to rev higher faster, and with better valvetrain control. An extended tip thickness is designed to eliminate overload breakage, and their tightly controlled open-end flatness reduces valve stem side loading. It's amazing to think that a tenth of a second can make any difference, but racers win or lose sometimes by thousandths. Manley lightweight dual drag race valve springs will add strength, while reducing weight and times.
