Milodon head studs are required where maximum gasket loading and minimal wear and tear are exerted on the block threads. They are premium-grade and race-quality, created from aircraft-quality 8740 chromoly steel right in Milodon's own plant. These studs are ground and thread-rolled after heat treatment to ensure the exacting tolerances that Milodon requires for all of their fasteners. This ensures strength and consistent torque readings.
