They are perfect for LS engines with aftermarket valley covers that do not have a built-in PCV restrictor like the factory cover, and they can also restrict oil flow to a turbocharger to avoid flooding the turbo. Milodon Crankshaft Scrapers
Additional "free" horsepower can be found by the installation of Milodon crankshaft scrapers. They'll remove any excess oil left on the crank and rods that the windage tray doesn't remove. The scrapers require fitting to individual crank and rod profiles, as well as to engine stroke. The wipers should be fitted to within .045 in. from rods and .035 in. from crank counterweights. When installed, the scrapers are sandwiched between pan rail and block.
