ATI Super Damper Serpentine Series Harmonic Balancers

ATI Super Damper Serpentine Series harmonic balancers are patented and feature grooves for serpentine belts machined into the outer damper shell. The dampers come with six outer grooves for standard OEM drive systems—but eight and 10 grooves are available for supercharger or turbo applications. Serpentine dampers are offered in a variety of diameters, and crank hubs may be fitted with a 6-groove serpentine pulley to drive external oil pumps or vehicle accessories. The Serpentine Series Super Dampers fit all ATI GM-front crank hubs and can be adapted to many engine combinations, providing maximum flexibility. They're available in steel or lightweight, hardcoated aluminum. ATI serpentine conversion pulley kits contain everything you need to convert your stock 6-rib serpentine belt to an 8 or 10-rib. If you are requesting more boost, causing your 6-rib belt to slip, then these kits are for you. The wider 8-rib belt gives you more belt surface, which can create more boost without slippage. ATI also offers a 10-rib kit for those who need even more boost. These conversion kits include a damper, a power steering pulley, a tensioner with a bearing, and an alternator pulley.

ATI Super Damper Supercharged Series Harmonic Balancers

These Supercharged series dampers place the powerful protection of ATI Super Damper inside of the crankshaft blower pulley. Available in 66 to 77-tooth 8mm pitch, and 40 to 51-tooth 14mm pitch, these balancers eliminate torsional crankshaft vibrations. These balancers exceed SFI 18.1 specs, have laser-engraved 360 degree timing marks, and are finished in a black zinc chromate. Numerous pulley offsets are available to keep the blower drive as close to the engine as possible, reducing the bending moment to the crankshaft nose.

A must for all high-lift applications. Howards Cams 210 degree tip pushrods give extra radius clearance to the rocker pushrod cup area. They're strongly recommended with all shaft-style rocker systems. The pushrods are formed from SAE 4130 .080 in. wall centerless ground tubing and the ends are precision-swedged to exacting tolerances. They are case-hardened to Rc 60, feature a black oxide finish, and are laser-etched with the size and part number. Custom pushrods are available in .025 in. increments.
