Trend Pushrods offers bronze wrist pin bushings in dozens of sizes. They are inserted into a hole in the piston, which is then mounted onto the connecting rod. The wrist pins fit snugly through the bushing and into the connecting rod, allowing the pistons to pivot as they move up and down. Order the size needed for your application.

Trend's G Series 4130 wrist pins come in a variety of sizes, wall-thicknesses, finishes, and coatings to better suit your application needs. These components connect the piston to the connecting rod and provide a bearing for the connecting rod to pivot upon as the piston moves. The Trend G Series wrist pins are produced from chrome molybdenum 4130 thick-wall tubing and are a popular choice with OEM's and engine builders. Superior to common 1018 mild steel alternative, these wrist pins are ideally suited for use in naturally aspirated race engines. The four operations performed in the wrist pins manufacture are as follows: Blanked to size, heat treated (60 Rockwell O.D./45 core), tumbled and ground.
