Milodon Head Studs
Milodon head studs are required where maximum gasket loading and minimal wear and tear are exerted on the block threads. They are premium-grade and race-quality, created from aircraft-quality 8740 chromoly steel right in Milodon's own plant. These studs are ground and thread-rolled after heat treatment to ensure the exacting tolerances that Milodon requires for all of their fasteners. This ensures strength and consistent torque readings. The tensile strength of these premium fasteners is 190,000 psi, which is more than adequate for the most demanding applications. All kits come complete with 4130 heat-treated, parallel-ground washers and high-strength nuts. These studs are available for dozens of specific cylinder head style applications.

Milodon Oil Pan Bolt Kits
Milodon oil pan bolt kits were specially designed to firmly hold oil pans in place and not loosen up. They feature a built-in washer face with case-hardened serrations. The washer face and small head permit the use of a socket wrench for quick and accurate installation. They can be reused time and time again.

Milodon complete engine bolt kits are available with and without headbolts—and include the fasteners that you need to build a high performance engine, in one convenient box. You get carb studs, intake bolts, valve cover studs, timing cover bolts, a Grade 8 balancer bolt, water pump bolts, and header bolts. Also included are oil pan bolts, water neck bolts, fuel pump bolts, and distributor bolts. Order the kit recommended for your engine application. Milodon Oil Flow Restrictor Plugs
Don't let oil go to your head! Milodon oil flow restrictor plugs solve the common high performance engine problem of too much oil in the head area. They restrict approximately 75 percent of the oil to the top end of the engine for better lubrication and prevent oil wastage at the lifters (which will cause windage problems). This also keeps the sump better supplied with oil. These plugs install easily into the back of the block in place of the stock plugs. They're not for use with hydraulic lifters.
