Designed for big block Chevy's with oval ports, these cylinder heads feature unique oval intake ports that flow similar to rectangular ports but the smaller size provides excellent seat-of-the-pants performance plus crisp throttle response! And, the 100cc chamber volume is ideal for your high-compression application. Both the intake and exhaust ports of these Performer RPM heads have been profiled for improved air flow and they have smaller-than-stock valve stems for less weight and excellent flow. Edelbrock's Sure Seat valve springs are made of the highest quality spring wire and are precision-wound to exact specifications. They are designed for use on OEM heads when used in conjunction with their Performer-Plus, Performer RPM, and Torker-Plus camshafts. They'll work with the stock rotators (if applicable) and fit the spring pockets perfectly.

Edelbrock Sure Seat Valve Spring Kits
Edelbrock Sure Seat valve spring kits are made of the highest quality spring wire and precision wound to close tolerances, these springs are ideal when installing Edelbrock Performer-Plus camshafts. The valve springs are machined for use with OEM valve rotators. For camshaft warranty compliance, use only the springs recommended by Edelbrock for each camshaft application. Kits contain non-rotator valve springs, retainers, and matching 7 degree valve stem locks. They're available in single or dual options, in a variety of diameters and heights.

Edelbrock Performer LT1 Cylinder Heads
These Edelbrock Performer LT1 cylinder heads are designed for the 1992-97 LT1 engines. They produce approximately 24 hp more than factory-stock LT1 heads, and raise peak power levels by 500 rpm. They work with stock or aftermarket self-aligning roller rocker arms. These Edelbrock Performer LT1 aluminum cylinder heads feature threaded inserts in the rocker studs and exhaust manifold bolt holes for superior strength and durability, plus hardened seats, bronze valve guides, and fully machined valve cover rails for a more consistent gasket seal. They offer improved power throughout the rpm range for greater throttle response and top-end horsepower. The intake and exhaust runners are CNC-machine profiled for superior flow and performance.
