RevMax Transmission Cooler Thermostatic Bypass Upgrades
Completely re-engineered, these RevMax transmission cooler thermostatic bypass upgrades are a direct bolt-in replacement. No lines are cut, nothing is altered. Simply disconnect your old lines and install them onto your new RevMax bypass. Utilizing RevMax's ZeroStat Technology, these billet 6061 aluminum cooler thermostatic bypass upgrade modules completely remove the orifice restriction for full cooler flow all the time. This equates to lower operating temperatures and helps to prolong the transmission's life. Order the model for your application. Features and benefits: * RevMax's ZeroStat patented technology provides increase in cooler flow due to the elimination of the orifice bottleneck located in the factory part * Direct bolt-in replacement—no lines are cut, nothing is altered, simply disconnect your old lines, and install them into the RevMax new bypass * There is no thermal controlled bypass valve which can fail and cause lack of cooler flow and complete transmission destruction * Instead of closing off cooler flow when the transmission is cold and making your transmission generate unneeded heat that is hard to shed later; RevMax bypass allows your cooler to immediately begin cooling transmission and not waiting for it to get hot, just to try to cool it later * You cannot properly flush your cooler lines without the aid of a hot flush machine that can get hot enough to open the bypass valve up but with the RevMax bypass upgrade you can use room temperature fluid to clean out your cooler anytime you wish without any special tools! * Moules with integral aluminum cooling fins aid in passive cooling of the block and fluid

Improved Racing Automatic Transmission Cooler Adapter with Thermostat
Improved Racing created the first bolt-on automatic transmission fluid adapter with a thermostat for GM's 6L, 8L, and 10L automatic transmissions. Each adapter's built-in thermostat automatically bypasses the transmission cooler until the fluid reaches operating temperature. The thermostat reduces rough shifts caused by overcooled transmission fluid, reduces wear, and improves efficiency and horsepower. Your transmission can now reach operating temps quickly while retaining the cooling capacity needed for high load activities such as towing or racing. It's the best of both worlds! Adapter model TGM-100-T2 features SAE female -6 AN O-ring boss ports that accept adapter fittings for 5/16, 3/8, 1/2 in. hose barbs or male AN fittings. This allows you to run common rubber transmission cooler lines or braided AN lines. Hard tube adapters may also be used to connect the factory lines directly to the adapter (may require minor bending or adjustment of factory lines). Important application notes: * The adapter can only be used in conjunction with external transmission fluid coolers. * The adapter does not directly connect to the factory hard lines. Aftermarket lines or hard tube adapter fittings must be used. * The adapter will only help resolve rough shifting issues if they are caused by overcooling of the transmission, usually due to the addition of a larger aftermarket transmission cooler. Note that 8L45 and 8L90 transmissions rough shifting issues can often be resolved through GM TSB 18-NA-355 and by simply flushing the transmission fluid. Proform Tundra Series Fluid Coolers
Proform Tundra Series Fluid Coolers keep oil temperatures cool for optimum performance and engine life. Featuring the more efficient stacked plate and fin design, these aluminum construction coolers are finished with the state-of-the-art Proform brazing process that protects from leaks and cracks—and finished with a black powdercoat to withstands corrosion. Uniquely engineered louvered fins provide maximum cooling surface area, in a compact 2 in. thick, 11.5 in. wide footprint, while minimizing negative airflow resistance for some significant cooling potential! Multiple mounting points on the flush mounting plates make installation easily configurable to most setups. To ensure the quality that has come to be expected with Proform, the coolers are pressurized to 175 psi, checked for deformities (complete failure is not reached until 600 psi), and further underwater tested at 80 psi, making sure no bubbles or mini-leaks are present. These coolers can be used for a variety of vehicle fluids, including transmission oil, engine oil, rear differential fluid, and power steering fluid. The units are available in different sizes, with cooling row options from 10 to 40.
