These replacement housings are made from 6061-T6 aluminum—and include a high-flow thermostat with copper, brass, and stainless steel construction for high reliability. No gaskets are required; the housings use factory bolts on the outside to maintain OE look and function, and they can be installed with basic hand tools. Drag Race Solutions one-piece top expansion portions are machined with female straight O-ring port in the front--allowing you to use the fitting size you need for your application. Plus, being racers themselves, they spent ample design time on radiator cap fit to ensure pressure seal and locking mechanism work as well as possible for your extreme racing conditions.
