Improved Racing LS Oil Cooler Block-Off Cover Plates
Improved Racing's LS oil cooler block-off/bypass cover plates install over the oil cooler ports found on most LS-Series oil pans, and can be used to delete the oil cooler circuit. Available with or without sensor/turbo feed ports, the bypass covers are CNC-machined from billet 6061 T-6 aluminum and then Type II anodized in black and laser marked. They feature a large ported internal cavity with smooth features to improve flow characteristics when compared to the factory diecast bypass cover. Improved Racing LS oil cooler block-off plate with sensor/turbo feed ports features 2 x 1/8 in. NPT ports and includes a single 1/8 in. NPT plug in case both ports are not used. The ports are located on the top and bottom of the block-off plate. Select the block-off cover needed for your LS engine.
