Off-Roading and Overlanding is the fastest growing segment for automotive enthusiasts. As demand for off-road capable vehicles has gone up, older Toyota/Lexus models have become increasingly popular due to their reliability and reasonable prices. Boasting a bulletproof 4.7L V8, 4WD, and ample interior space, it's not hard to see why more and more people are building the J100 Land Cruiser and LX470 for their off-road adventures. While the J100's 2UZ V8 may be rock solid and can easily keep the SUV running for over 200,000 miles, there are plenty of parts that won't last forever. Although the OEM radiator is well suited for the task of keeping the engine cool in day-to-day driving, it still has its weaknesses. Also, given the age of these SUVs, the original radiator is almost certainly something you want to replace before heading into the wild. CSF is pleased to introduce its latest heavy-duty aluminum radiator for the 1998-200707 Toyota Land Cruiser and Lexus LX470. * Design and Engineering: CSF has had unprecedented success with heavy-duty, off-road grade radiators for Toyota trucks and SUVs. With most off-road vehicles, the factory cooling components can easily become over-stressed. This may be due to the demanding stress on the engine while climbing or dirt clogging up some of the cooling fins. The last thing you want is a radiator to fail while you're far from civilization. * OEM vs CSF: The 2-row 42mm aluminum core not only increases the fluid capacity of the radiator, but also improves the core's ability to dissipate heat. CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology increases the heat transfer by approximately 15 percent over regular oval welded tubes. In addition, the super-efficient multi-louvered fins maximize airflow through the core for the best possible performance. End tanks are made from high-grade aluminum and TIG-welded to the core for extra strength. In contrast, the OEM "crimped onto plastic end tank design" is much weaker and creates a weak point where failure is more likely. Because the CSF radiator is designed as a true plug-and-play drop-in fit application, installation requires absolutely no modifications, trimming, or cutting. Additionally, the built-in oil cooler features a high-efficiency plate design and connects to the OEM hoses. Additional details: * 2-row, 42mm heavy-duty ultra-high-performance dual pass core * Cooling tubes with CSF's Exclusive B-Tube Technology * 6.5mm tall ultra-efficient fins with a multi-louvered design for maximum surface area contact * Stamped aluminum mounting brackets and OEM-style inlet/outlet * 100 percent all-aluminum TIG-welded construction * Smooth satin finish * True plug-and-play "Drop-in Fit" installation requires absolutely no modifications * Individually leak and pressure tested

Cold-Case performance aluminum radiators are available and affordable for all. These high-quality, tube-and-fin performance radiators are true OE styles for most applications. Each Cold-Case design distributes fluid more evenly, eliminating hot and cold spots. Also, the massive cores take up the entire width of their tanks, so you get the most efficient cooling possible. The radiators drop-in without modifications needed (on most) and look original. Plus, Cold-Case stands behind its quality and research with a limited lifetime warranty on their products. All Cold-Case radiators feature: * Lightweight, efficient aluminum construction * 100 percent TIG-welded * Internally welded filler necks offer a clean, factory look * Two oversized cooling rows for increased capacity * 1 in. to 1 1/4 in. tubes for higher volume * Works with factory filler cap * Includes OEM-style petcock * 42.7 percent lighter than comparable copper radiators * 30 percent thicker materials than no-name aluminum radiators * 60-day COOL guarantee

PSC's EHPS boost kits combine their cooler kit for electro-hydraulic power steering-equipped vehicles with their Apex boost kit. Together they eliminate steering issues with regard to power. A vehicle lifted with larger tires and higher offset wheels greatly increases the drag on the hydraulic power steering. Stock system pressures are set low to prevent overheating, but with aftermarket performance parts and harder use, stock pressures and lack of cooling becomes a problem. PSC Apex boost kits allow for a retune of the factory blow-off valve, allowing for an increase of steering power by 40 percent. Unfortunately, more power equals more heat and the factory system is barely acceptable. For this reason, these PSC kits include their EHPS power steering cooler—a must-have for proper operation of the boost kit. PSC EHPS boost kits come with all necessary hoses, hardware, and bracketry.
