Summit Racing™ Adjustable Electric Fan Controllers
Summit Racing™ adjustable electric fan controllers keep your engine temperature exactly where you want it. These compact controllers are easily adjustable from 32-240 degrees F and turn your electric fan on at 60-percent power then increase fan speed as the temperature rises. A built-in fuse protects the controller from accidental shorts or faulty fans. It features variable fan speed, a 40 amp rating and works on 12-volt systems only. These features allow for greater control over engine temperature and prevent overloading the charging system. Three LED status indicators (SUM-890124 only) let you know that everything is wired and functioning correctly. Summit Racing™ adjustable electric fan controllers take the guesswork out of installation and give your cooling system the protection that it needs.

Limiting the amount of coolant flow leaving the engine lets you control the amount of heat absorbed by the coolant itself. You can adjust the flow with a Summit Racing™ water outlet restrictor kit. They include three round aluminum plates with 5/8 in., 3/4 in., and 1 in. I.D. holes. Simply mount the appropriate plate under the water outlet on the intake manifold. Summit Racing™ condenser relay fan harnesses are designed to wire your electric condenser fan for operation. The harness includes a relay that is controlled by a signal from the compressor clutch. When the compressor clutch engages, the relay activates, allowing power to flow to the electric condenser fan motor.
