Trail-Gear Leaf Spring Perches
Lift kits and taller tires are a necessity when navigating serious off-road trails. Whether you need to make adjustments to pinion angles or tire fitment in the fender wells, Trail-Gear leaf spring perches have you covered. These 1/4 in. steel perches feature the standard center hole, with additional holes drilled 1 in. in front and behind the center to avoid crunching fender well sheet metal. When running longer rear springs for greater flex, you may need to move the axle forward—while larger tires with stock length springs sometimes hit the front, requiring the axle to be moved back. If you're adding a larger lift, it's advised to change the angle of the perches in order to set proper pinion angles. Properly mounted lift kits and taller tires can greatly improve your vehicle's off-road capabilities, but steep driveline angles and tires hitting the edges of fender wells will bring nothing but trouble. Low Range Off-Road Complete Contact Axle Pads
Low Range Off-Road complete contact axle pads provide more contact with the axle than other spring –over-axle pads to provide the strength needed for hardcore off-roading. They are laser cut from thick steel and CNC press bent for accuracy. The top of each axle pad is cut from a flat sheet, and allows a 100 percent flat surface for your spring, instead of the curved surface of some bent pads on the market. The pad surface is longer than OE pads to help with axle wrap issues that may come from narrower pads, ensuring maximum spring-to-pad surface area. Helix Mustang II IFS upper control arms are Grade "A" units to provide your hot rod with maximum performance. They are fully assembled, ready-to-install, direct replacements for stock upper control arms on any Helix Mustang II IFS application and will fit most stock or aftermarket crossmembers without modification. Helix upper control arm assemblies feature all-steel, 12-point TIG-welded construction for maximum strength and durability, corrosion/rust-resistant painted tubes, powdercoated cross shafts, and a full .120 in. thick wall aircraft-quality tubular design which is lighter, yet much stronger than OE stock designs and provides for more clearance for body sheet metal.
