Danchuk tie rod adjustment sleeves are a necessity when rebuilding your Tri-Five steering. They're designed to replace the adjustment sleeves on manual steering cars (and the passenger side of power steering cars), so you can use them on both sides of factory power steering cars if you replace the outer tie rod and inner tie rod, as well on the driver side. Factory power steering cars used a different length inner tie rod and a shorter sleeve on the driver side.
