Camburg Engineering offers FOX 2.5 Factory DSC lift or leveling kits for a variety of applications, including hundreds of Ford, Chevy, and GMC trucks from 2007 and up. The (front) coilover kits are designed for improved performance and style, allowing for lifting and enhanced ride quality on- and off-road. The adjustable coilovers are designed to maximize wheel travel and maintain the working range of CV joints, tie rods, uniballs, and ball joints. With a 2.5 in. shock body, they provide increased oil capacity for aggressive use. These kits are fully rebuildable and revalveable for tuning and maintenance. The remote external reservoirs ensure lower operating temperatures, while the Dual Speed Compression (DSC) adjuster allows for precise tuning—with 12 low-speed and 10 high-speed compression levels. The integrated coil spring is adjustable for preload and ride height. The billet or tubular uniball upper control arms replace the stock ball joints, increasing wheel travel and durability. They also improve vehicle alignment, driving characteristics, and handling. In the rear, the kits include FOX's 2.5 Factory DSC Series shocks for enhanced damping and control. The components feature high-quality materials such as alloy bodies, Eibach racing springs, NitroSteel carbon shafts, and PTFE-lined spherical bearings. KW HLS lift systems are designed to lift your sports car or lowered vehicle to safely negotiate obstacles such as speed bumps, railroad crossings, road construction, garage approaches, and underground car parks. Due to the low center of gravity, many performance cars have less ground clearance than is needed to get over obstacles in the road, and can risk bottoming out--doing damage to aero components, underbody parts, or the oil sump. To prevent the possible risk of damage, these lift systems will hydraulically raise either the front or all four corners, providing extra ground clearance. Camburg Engineering offers King 3.0 lift or leveling kits for a variety of applications, including many Ford, Chevy, and GMC trucks from 2007 and up. They utilize 1.25 in. uniball or KINETIK billet upper control arms, combined with King 3.0 Series front coilvers with compression adjusters and rear 3.0 bypass shocks. This combination of parts not only improves the ride and handling on-road, but more so off-road with the larger diameter shocks and external reservoirs. With the upper arms, these shocks increase wheel travel. AEV Conversions 3 in. DualSport XP suspension systems are available for various RAM trucks and are focused on optimizing suspension/steering geometry and application-specific shock tuning to deliver the best possible on-road comfort and handling—while also providing an ever broader spectrum of off-road performance, thanks to the AEV/Bilstein XP8100 reservoir shocks included in this system! HD Ram trucks are built with literally dozens of different spring rates based on the powertrain, wheelbase, options and more, so offering a generic "gas" or "diesel" spring would have been a huge compromise in ride quality and/or load carrying capacity. AEV retains the factory front coil springs and pair them with 3 in. cast aluminum coil spring relocation spacers to achieve the additional lift height. This allows AEV to take advantage of the full range of factory spring rates and frequencies while still providing the necessary front end lift. The AEV/Bilstein XP8100 reservoir shocks included with the DualSport XP suspension system are constructed from aerospace-quality billet components and tuned by AEV to work in perfect harmony with your outfitted HD Ram. The AEV tunes shocks use the same target weight as their Prospector/Prospector XL turn-key conversions to ensure that you get the absolute best possible ride quality and handling, without the degradation in performance, commonly associated with the added weight of bumpers, winch, full size spare, tent, etc. Steering geometry is corrected by way of AEV's high steer kit, which includes a custom, no-drill forged drag link, AEV track bar and raised track bar tower. This system provides significant improvements to steering precision and handling by correcting the roll center height of the front suspension and bringing the steering geometry back into factory alignment. This results in reduced body roll and bump steer, which are major contributors to the loose or sloppy steering and driver fatigue commonly associated with many lift kits. For many of the same reasons that AEV chose to retain the factory front coil springs, 2 in. rear coil spring spacers are included with Ram 2500 suspension systems to provide the necessary lift height without sacrificing ride quality or load carrying capacity. AEV also includes a set of bump stop spacers, rear track bar relocation bracket, sway bar end links and a new power hop bracket (if applicable). The OE leaf springs are retained, and new cast iron blocks are installed to provide 2 in. of lift in the rear on Ram 3500 trucks. Ram 2500 Air Ride and 3500 Air Assist systems are also available. Front Axle Relocation Kit: The factory radius arms are repositioned for optimal geometry, moving the axle forward 1.0 in., which was engineered to use a 37 in. tire. This provides a more neutral impact response, while also allowing more clearance for larger tires. A billet aluminum front driveshaft spacer is included to accommodate the new front axle positioning. AEV also offers a 1.6 in. axle forward kit, which was engineered to use a 40 in. tire. For additional peace of mind, the DualSport XP suspension system is backed by AEV's Lifetime Warranty.
