Wilwood ProSpindle steering arms are specifically designed for use in fabricated A-arm suspensions on kit cars, street rods, drag cars—and other custom or race applications configured around Pinto/Mustang ll suspension geometry. A redesigned one-piece forged steel body uses common Pinto and Mustang ll tie rod ends, ball joints, wheel bearings, and seals. It's lightweight yet nearly 3x stronger than OE or aftermarket 2-piece cast iron and steel replacement spindles. The 2 in. dropped spindle pin provides the desired lowered ride height without disturbing the suspension geometry. Bolt-on steering arms are strong and can be reversed to accommodate rear steer configurations. They also allow the same spindle to be used on either side of a vehicle. Bolt-on caliper brackets attach to substantially reinforced mounting bosses on the spindle body for secure, deflection-free mounting of 4- or 6-piston calipers.

Lowering a vehicle or altering its caster and/or camber can lead to unsafe driving conditions, commonly called "bump steer." Simple maneuvers, such as hard braking, cornering, or traveling over road-surface irregularities can cause the vehicle to dart in an unexpected direction. Baer Brakes Baer Trackers solve this problem! The pin-height-adjustable tie rods compensate for ride height and suspension geometry changes, enabling a more optimal range of articulation between the tie rod and the steering arm. Steering geometry is optimized and bump steer is eradicated with Baer Trackers. Order the model recommended for your vehicle application.

Upgrade your suspension with a quality pair of ball joint sleeves from MustangSteve. The ball joint adapter sleeves benefits the process of enhancing your suspension because it removes the assumption from your procedure and provides the necessary elements for the revival of your spindles. The ball joint sleeves have a durable steel construction and come in diameters to fit your specific ball joint type to allow for perfect fitment. Any pre-1970 Mustang requires larger outer tie rods installed in order to install the disc brakes. For some cars, a simple change to the Granada or 1970 Mustang outer tie rod can be implemented. That is fine if new tie rods are actually needed, but two of these adapter bushings can do the trick with a lot less work! Plus, you get the added benefit of never having to replace the tie rod with "custom fit" tie rods that weren't original on the car. The bushings can be Loc-Tite mounted into the spindle and become an integral part of the spindle from then on. Find the parts you need to drive your dream with MustangSteve!
