Flaming River 1988-98 Chevy C1500 truck power rack and pinion cradle kits are direct bolt-ins with precision welded cradles manufactured using a 3/8 in. steel plate to assure there is no flexing. Each kit adapts to the original steering column and includes a new slip shaft with U-joints and a hose kit. They have been designed for use with the original power steering pump and the travel bar maintains original geometry. Building a fully hydraulic steering system can be quite a project. Thankfully, Trail-Gear has taken all of the guesswork out of the process with these complete, user-friendly hydraulic steering kits! Everything you will need is included, such as mounting brackets specifically designed for Toyota apps. The steering pump has an all-steel housing and emits 4.5 gpm of flow and 1,650 psi of pressure. Each high-pressure hose is steel-braided with crimped-on ends. These kits are available in 6, 8, and 10 in. ram sizes, and are ideal for use with links and most leaf spring applications. PSC full hydraulic steering systems turn up to 44 in. tall tires as smooth as glass. They feature new hydraulic cylinders, orbital control valves, and full hydraulic hose kits.
