Scott Drake Monte Carlo bars present high performance developed by Carroll Shelby. Designed to stop shock tower flex and maintain proper wheel alignment during hard cornering, the extra support of these braces will also help prevent shock tower stress cracks. Monte Carlo bars are copied from the original design and feature thicker diameter tube, plus improved fender brackets. Scott Drake has stamped square holes in the top of each fender bracket to allow for the use of lower-profile carriage bolts. You may choose options of curved or straight in steel construction—and a choice of finishes, or stainless steel. They also offer curved race versions that feature .975 in. diameter tubing and are equipped with Heim joints for smoother operation. Caspers Electronics camshaft position sensor adapter harnesses allow the cam sensor used on the front of a LS2 motor to be plugged into the LS1 cam sensor connection located at the back of the intake manifold. These harnesses are perfect for LS2 motor conversions—and are compatible with the PCM harness in LS1 Corvette and F-Body cars. They are fully plug-and-play with factory connector and sensor. Mount your lower link arm to the frame using these strong replacement brackets from Artec Industries. They're made from 1/4 in. in. thick steel plate for durability and include grease fitting access on top to allow easy maintenance of your joint. The brackets have a 2.625 in. mounting width with 9/16 in. bolt hole for common sized style cartridge joints. The skid plate on the bottom of each bracket wraps around the joint, protecting it from direct impact and decreasing premature wear; this skid plate design does not restrict movement of the joint. Tapered sides allow the Artec lower link frame brackets to be mounted at an angle without excess material hanging off the side. Not only do these brackets look better and more natural to the frame, but they also ensure less bracket sliding on the rocks and getting in the way.
