The factory probably used rubber transmission mount bushings or pads on it for maximum vibration absorption, but these can wear out over time. If you’re making performance upgrades, you may also find the rubber transmission mount bushings are too soft, and you need a stiffer material to tighten up your handling, like polyurethane, or even metal.
