Wound from premium chrome silicon wire, they feature linear rates for consistent handling characteristics with an increase in stiffness to reduce body roll and eliminate the floating feeling so common with factory suspension. Their ride height is engineered to be level on cars equipped with standard small block Chevrolet, Pontiac, aluminum head/intake big block Chevy, or LS engines (lightened cars may require spring trimming). Full-weight big block applications will have a 1/4 in. nose-down rake. Most stock chassis flex dramatically, even with mild amounts of torque and horsepower. BMR suspension strut tower braces reduce chassis flex and increase handling and performance. They are manufactured from a mix of large diameter DOM steel tubing and thick laser-cut steel plate. Depending on the application, they are available in two-point and four-point designs that solidly link the front strut towers, adding strength to the entire front unibody and suspension. Most are available in black hammertone and red powdercoat finishes for long-lasting good looks. BMR strut tower braces are 100 percent bolt-in. This means they can be easily installed with simple hand tools, and no welding is required. Installation time is typically less than an hour. When performance is a must, rely on BMR Suspension!
