Ridetech 1965-79 F-100/F-150 IFS Suspension Systems
Ridetech 1965-79 F-100/F-150 IFS suspension systems are bolt-in and super stout. Significantly more rigid and stronger than the original front suspension, kits are available with Ridetech tall pin or hub spindles, and each kit is designed so you can install it yourself with hand tools and a little elbow grease. Features, notes, and specs: * Replaces bulky, heavy, poor handling twin I-beam suspension with a substantial H-style design * Bolt-in cradle is super strong and strengthens the front of the truck while providing structural mounts for front control arms * Superb suspension geometry * Control arms are assembled with ball joints and Delrin® bushings for smooth, squeak-free, long-lasting performance * Upper control arm cross shaft allows for easy alignment and use of caster slugs * Adjustable steering stop on lower control arm * Increased camber gain with tall spindle, 5 to 8 degrees of caster for improved high-speed stability * Motor mount "loops" connect cradle to frame rails to reinforce frame * Front sway bar measures 1.5 in. x .250 in. wall and provides confident cornering and smooth ride * Adjustable bump stops * Rack and pinion steering conversion with 15.5 in. center-to-center bushing mounts for 79 to 93 Mustang-style steering rack * Billet adjustable tie rods * Bump steer has been virtually eliminated * High-quality satin black powdercoat finish * Entire system saves approximately 130 lbs. from front of the truck

Heidts Superide Independent Front Suspension Kits
Independent front suspension gives you twice the ride of a new 4-link dropped axle at a comparable cost. These Heidts Superide independent front suspension packages have been engineered for a correct, safe ride, while providing the ultimate stance. They feature a one-piece crossmember with upper control arms that clear the fenders, and their 56 in. hub-to-hub tread width gives you the narrow look without any tire-to-fender clearance problems. The packages include specially designed one-piece 1045 heat-treated alloy steel spindles to give you the lowest possible ride available, the high-tech appearance you want, and assurance of the right geometry, right fit, and a great ride. Nearly a hundred packages are available to fit applications from the 1920s and up. Ridetech 1979-93 Mustang SLA Front Suspension Systems
Ridetech 1979-93 Mustang bolt-in SLA (Short-Long-Arm) front suspension systems replace the stock McPherson strut design with a billet aluminum upper control arm, tubular lower arm and spindles with S550 Mustang hubs. The factory strut design offers very little camber gain and poor overall geometry. This design greatly improves negative camber gain, which positions the tire perpendicular to the pavement through the corners without the need for excessive static camber and overly stiff spring rates. Caster, roll center and Ackerman angles were also optimized. These suspension systems are compatible with either Ridetech coilovers or Shockwave air suspension (sold separately). SLA front suspension systems are available in two fitment styles: * To fit STOCK K-Members (except 84-86 SVO) * To fit many AFTERMARKET K-Members, including Maximum Motorsports, Team Z, AJE and UPR Additional product features: * Incorporates an upper control arm to induce much-needed negative camber gain * Caster, roll center, bump steer and Ackerman angles are optimized * Bolt-in frame surrounds create attachment points for the upper control arms and the shocks. This keeps the load on the frame rails for maximum strength and reduced NVH * Upper and lower arms feature Delrin© bushings infused with PTFE to minimize stiction and eliminate the need for lubrication * Spindles include Moog S550 Mustang rear hubs for maximum strength, consistent braking and reduced maintenance * Lower control arm design improves tire clearance and steering angle 30 degrees with up to a 275mm wide tire Fitment: * Uses S550 (15-23) or SN95 (94-04) Mustang brake systems (caliper brackets sold separately) * 17 in. minimum wheel diameter * Compatible with stock and most aftermarket sway bars Specifications: * Negative camber gain: 1.25 degrees/in. * Positive caster: 7-9 degrees * Bump steer: under .050 in. * Lowers ride height: 1-2 in. * 50 lbs. lighter than stock suspension * Stock track width
