Low Range Off-Road steering knuckle rebuild kits contain the replacement parts needed to successfully service steering knuckles. Available for a variety of makes, models, and axles, LROR has chosen the best quality components and does not sacrifice quality for price. While competitors' kits may include only the bare essentials, Low Range Off-Road includes the parts often missing from other kits. Their Ultimate knuckle rebuild kits include upgraded seals, high-quality Koyo bearings, and more. LROR even includes the specialty tools needed to complete the job. Simply put, they are the best, most complete knuckle rebuild kits available. One kit covers both sides of the axle and most kits are available with or without wheel bearings. Low Range Off-Road knuckle rebuild kits typically include (varies by application): * Gaskets * Inner axle seals * Bearing seals * Knuckle seals * Hub seals * Trunnion (kingpin) bearings * Backing plates or backing plate eliminators * Spindle bushings * Spindle nuts and washers * Trunnion shims * Steel outer felt covers—not found in most other kits * Hub dial O-rings Notes: * Since they're not included in all kits, wheel bearings and spindle bushings should be checked when rebuilding the axle. * Some kits may contain Timken or Schaeffler/FAG bearings when Koyo bearings are not available. * Hub gaskets are sold separately for some applications.

Trail-Gear Power Flow power steering pump upgrade kits remedy a common flaw in Toyota trucks. The stock pump is just barely able to supply the volume and pressure needed to run hydraulic-assist steering—putting out 1,300 psi at only one gallon per minute. The original pump is not able to provide enough fluid to run both the stock steering and the demands of a ram, especially at low rpm. Drilling out the restrictor plates in a stock pump for more volume often leads to pump failure. The answer is a replacement "TC" style pump. This provides the full fluid volume your steering box and ram are looking for, even at idle. These kits include a 1,650 psi pump, pump bracket, reservoir, reservoir bracket, belt, fittings, hoses, and hardware. The pump kits are designed to work with stock or ram drilled IFS power steering boxes. Additional notes: * The pump and bracket are designed to fit all Toyota 4-cylinder 4WD motors from 1979-95 * A large power steering fluid cooler (included) is required on the low-pressure side of the system * Pump bracket works in conjunction with stock idler bracket * If your truck is not currently equipped with power steering, you will need to purchase the idler bracket and replace the steering gearbox with one designed for use with power steering * The stock fan belt will not work with this pump and will need to be replaced with a Napa 9430 belt. Belt is included with kit. * Note: Never use ATF fluid or a semi-synthetic blend. This will void the warranty. It's okay to use standard power steering fluid or a full synthetic.

Clearance is the key word for off-road enthusiasts. Navigating rocks and rugged terrain leaves your thin steering mechanism vulnerable to damage--which makes Trail-Gear high steer arms invaluable to your vehicle. These pressure-forged steel brackets provide solid mounting points to raise your pitman arm and steering rods a few more inches off the ground. This additional height can mean the difference between safe adventures … or a bent and useless steering component. Trail-Gear steer arms feature tapered tie rod holes for secure contact between parts, and they compensate for angles so your rod ends can ride at the OE-standard 90 degrees. For trucks, 4Runners, Land Cruisers, and other solid front axle rides, TG high steer arms are essential equipment when you venture off the beaten path.

After years of development and testing, Trail-Gear fully loaded Six Shooter kits have set a new standard for Toyota knuckle strength and reliability. They totally eliminate the problem of broken steering knuckles and studs. The addition of two studs in each arm effectively prevents the steering arm from becoming loose or shearing off the studs under extreme loads. The knuckle housing was designed with thicker-than-stock material, and larger gussets have been added around the outside of the knuckle for extra strength. Precision CNC-machined, each set of knuckles and steering arms are inspected and tested for the highest quality of products that Trail-Gear can deliver. These kits include a special 6-hole shim pack for use between the top of the knuckle and the steering arm assembly. A minimum of four additional steering arm studs are required for installation.
