These full-length connectors are manufactured from 1.5 in. x 2 in. x .083 in. rectangular tubing. They are optimized using CAD/CAE software to provide the ultimate in stiffness, reduced weight, and maximized surface area between the subframe and connector. Stifflers subframe connectors feature crimped and welded tube ends to seal out moisture, while also increasing strength, and a laser-cut cross brace that reduces free span, reinforces the floor pan, and minimizes required welding during installation.
