Trail-Gear Fully Loaded Six Shooter Kits

After years of development and testing, Trail-Gear fully loaded Six Shooter kits have set a new standard for Toyota knuckle strength and reliability. They totally eliminate the problem of broken steering knuckles and studs. The addition of two studs in each arm effectively prevents the steering arm from becoming loose or shearing off the studs under extreme loads. The knuckle housing was designed with thicker-than-stock material, and larger gussets have been added around the outside of the knuckle for extra strength. Precision CNC-machined, each set of knuckles and steering arms are inspected and tested for the highest quality of products that Trail-Gear can deliver. These kits include a special 6-hole shim pack for use between the top of the knuckle and the steering arm assembly. A minimum of four additional steering arm studs are required for installation.

Trail-Gear Hydraulic Smooth Body Bump Stops

Whether you are hitting the trail, or ripping through the desert, Trail-Gear Performance bump stops will allow you to get the most out of your vehicles suspension by eliminating harsh bottom outs. Offered in 2 in. and 2.5 in. body diameters, the 2.5 in. models will absorb more impact energy and are recommended by Trail Gear for vehicles over 5,000 lbs. or trucks with highly leveraged A-arms or trailing arms. Trail-Gear Rock Defense Dual T-Case Crossmembers

Specifically designed for Toyota Tacoma trucks, the Trail-Gear Rock Defense dual T-case crossmembers provide a sturdy secure transfer case mount, while also providing superior transfer case protection while sliding across any rocks your vehicle can tackle. The Rock Defense T-case crossmembers are made from 3/8 in. thick 1010 steel, so you have confidence that your transfer case is supported and covered when you are sliding over even the nastiest rocks. Trail-Gear Rock Assault Double-Ended Ram Kits

Through years of research, development, and testing Trail-Gear has developed these Rock Assault double-ended ram kits—to meet the tough demands of top-level rock crawling competitors and the toughest trails in the world. Most rams on the market only have one rod seal. Trail-Gear started with the primary and secondary rod seal to insure that fluid leakage would never be an issue. They also included two wiper seals in the design to ensure that dirt and debris stays on the trail—and doesn't invade your steering system. In addition, the ram was designed with a triple-lip piston seal for consistent steering with no drift or fluid bypassing the piston. In true Trail-Gear style, the Rock Assault kits are engineered to be the strongest on the market, so they're designed with a piston wear band and a rod bushing. This bushing allows the rod to absorb much higher side loads. The piston shaft is machined from a single piece of 4340 chromoly. Trail-Gear Rock Assault double-ended ram kits are available with a 6, 8, or 10 in. stroke. The cylinder has a black zinc plated finish, while the rod has 3/4-16 in. female threads on each end.
