These QA1 N Series rod ends feature an injection-molded race compound designed to provide low friction, low moisture absorbing properties, and high wear resistance. They are unique in the industry--no holes need to be drilled in the rod ends' bodies, thereby allowing the rod ends to maintain their full strength and integrity. The ball is manufactured from heat-treated 52100 bearing steel and then hard chrome plated for maximum durability. The race is reinforced nylon 12 with PTFE and the body is manufactured from carbon steel with a protective finish applied for corrosion resistance.
