The 1967-69 F-body was designed in an era when high performance driving and modern tire technology weren't as prevalent. Their unibody chassis, while innovative at the time, can flex and twist under stress, particularly when cornering aggressively or accelerating hard. QA1's bolt-on subframe connectors offer a simple and effective solution to this common issue. They tackle the flex issue by increasing frame rigidity, leading to a significant improvement in handling performance—especially during cornering, acceleration, and braking. The tubular design connects the front Camaro/Firebird subframe to the rear subframe, providing additional structural support and stiffness to the chassis.
