The rear upper and lower links help free up rear axle movement on the 2021-UP Ford Bronco to allow for increased suspension travel and articulation. Icon Vehicle Dynamics billet rear link arms are available for upper and lower positions, and both styles are adjustable. Icon's billet aluminum link arms are significant upgrades over the factory units due to increases in strength and performance. CNC-machined in-house from 6061 aluminum and anodized for corrosion resistance, they feature PTFE-lined FK rod ends for increased suspension articulation and reduced deflection, plus multi-durometer bushings are installed that allow for noise-free operation and maximum angularity without the need for periodic greasing and/or other maintenance. Together, the quality rod ends and bushings allow your vehicle's suspension to function as intended, without the bushing bind that limits the vehicle in stock form. Icon Vehicle Dynamics Intelligent Control installation kits are must-have, smart tools to have onboard your vehicle. They package computer, along with application specific mounting brackets, hardware, and wiring harnesses to ensure your install is easy and clean looking. Choose the proper IIC kit for your vehicle. Icon Intelligent Control (IIC) is the computer that monitors, analyzes, and processes data in real-time. Information from the onboard G-force sensor and gyroscope perform calculations based on algorithms and user-defined settings to predict terrain and wheel position. IIC has the capability to collect information at over 1,000 times per second, process the data, make adjustments, and then deliver those changes to the Compression Damping Electronic Valve (CDEV) in the shock absorbers in under 40 ms. IIC also works as a data driver to connect the user to Icon's proprietary mobile app interface for monitoring and adjusting shock settings. The IIC app brings all this technology together by offering a user-friendly interface to monitor, record, and adjust the system's performance via Bluetooth connection. Users can easily alter the shocks' baseline settings for firmness, as well as adjust the sensitivity of vertical "G-Boost" and lateral "Corner Boost" with a few simple taps from their favorite iOS device. The app includes several preconfigured "Drive Modes" (Normal, Desert, and Haul) but also offers the ability for users to create an unlimited number of unique presets using their own custom settings. ICON Vehicle Dynamics tubular upper control arms do an exceptional job of adding strength and performance to your truck while also correcting suspension geometry and reducing OE ball joint bind in lifted applications. The 1 in. PTFE-lined stainless steel uniball that can be found in ICON upper control arms is a high-quality component, but its location on the vehicle leaves it vulnerable to all of the elements you may drive through including dirt, water, sand, road salts, etc. Always looking to make good things even better, ICON engineers took the uniball cap concept featured in their billet upper control arms and arrived at the easy-to-install and affordable solution that is the ICON uniball cover cap kit. These 6061 billet aluminum caps were designed exclusively for ICON tubular upper control arms and feature extremely durable 3M neoprene adhesive rings that attach them to the uniball cup. While the caps don't make control arms invincible to normal wear, they do a great job of extending the service life of the uniball by keeping the elements out that are usually attributed to premature PTFE-liner failure. The kits include one pair of caps and two pairs of adhesive rings so that uniballs may be serviced regularly. While the factory rear bump stops do a satisfactory job of absorbing impacts on a street-driven truck, ICON found that there was much room for improvement during spirited driving in rough, off-road terrain. The Icon Vehicle Dynamics Toyota Tundra rear hydraulic bump stop system was designed to take the off-road capability of the truck to new levels—by significantly improving the bottom-out control of the rear suspension and reducing rear-end kick. Like all ICON hydraulic bumps stops, these feature both velocity and position sensitive technology; which means that as the shaft speed increases and moves through the travel, the force increases exponentially to provide excellent bottoming resistance that won't negatively affect articulation. This hydraulic bump stop system was developed as an OEM replacement, making installation a simple and straightforward bolt-on affair. With no major cutting, welding, or fabrication required, you have the option to return the vehicle back to its stock form. The factory rubber bump stops have a limited energy absorption capacity and a rapid release of this energy upon rebound; this translates into a harsh ride and poor handling in rough terrain. ICON hydraulic bump stops absorb and release this energy in a much more controlled manner due to the digressive rebound piston valving, resulting in predictable handling and vehicle dynamics. ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2.5 EXP coilover shocks are an ideal front and/or rear suspension option for 2021-23 Ford Bronco models. They combine the performance of a fully rebuildable 2.5 in. diameter premium shock absorber with the convenience and cost-benefits of re-using the Bronco's factory coil spring and other components. EXP bridges the gap between spacer lifts and threaded bodied coilovers, providing suspension lift, custom-tuned performance and maximum travel, all in an economical package. EXP Series is based on ICON's proven 2.5 in. diameter Aluminum Series shock absorber, featuring a one-piece impact-extruded aluminum shock body. Hard anodizing provides a great-looking, consistent finish with superior resistance to abrasion and corrosion. The massive 7/8 in. diameter shaft is induction hardened and chrome plated. EXP shocks use the factory shaft-up orientation, with the shaft ends machined to re-use the Bronco's OE upper shock and spring mounts. EXP Series shocks utilize a one-piece digressive piston design and are custom-tuned for the Bronco in conjunction with their stock coil springs to maximize damping performance and provide unsurpassed ride quality, on and off-road. They were designed to take the off-road capability of the truck to new levels by increasing wheel travel and significantly improving the damping ability of the front shocks. The 3.0 Series shocks have a piston surface increase of 50 percent in the ride zone, and 100 percent in the "Bump Zone", translating into increased stability and vehicle control at extreme off-road use, with apparent benefits for on-road driving conditions. The multi-stage hydraulic "Bump Zone" increases bottom-out resistance as the shock travels through the last 40 percent of travel, keeping vehicle dynamics in check during those hard hits or unexpected obstacles.
