Icon testing revealed a weakness in the OE suspension on 4th Gen Toyota Tacoma vehicles--the front upper shock mount and shock stem bushing may fail under hard use. So, they developed a remedy specifically for this issue to prevent such damage. Icon Vehicle Dynamics coilover top plate reinforcement kits support and strengthen the factory upper shock mount and will also capture and retain the shock stem bushing, if a failure does occur. The reinforcement is quick and easy to install, as there is no need to jack-up the vehicle or remove the tire. Simply remove the three coilover top mount nuts, install the Icon top plate reinforcement, and re-torque the nuts. These kits do not affect or limit factory suspension operation or performance. Icon Vehicle Dynamics coilover top plate reinforcement plates are CNC-machined from 6061 T-6 billet aluminum.

Icon's billet aluminum link arms are significant upgrades over the factory units due to increases in strength and performance. CNC-machined in-house from 6061 aluminum and anodized for corrosion resistance, they feature PTFE-lined FK rod ends for increased suspension articulation and reduced deflection, plus multi-durometer bushings are installed that allow for noise-free operation and maximum angularity without the need for periodic greasing and/or other maintenance. ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2.5 EXP coilover shocks are an ideal front and/or rear suspension option for 2021-23 Ford Bronco models. They combine the performance of a fully rebuildable 2.5 in. diameter premium shock absorber with the convenience and cost-benefits of re-using the Bronco's factory coil spring and other components. ICON Vehicle Dynamics 2021-23 Ford Bronco coil cup seat kits are used when upgrading an existing pair of ICON 2.5 Series Bronco rear coilovers equipped with spring part number 148350 with the ICON Heavy-Rate Rear Coil Kit. Over time, different revisions of the ICON triple-rate rear Bronco coil have required coil seats of varying heights to achieve proper ride height. These precision CNC-machined, anodized aluminum coil cup kits are the correct height to be used with the ICON Heavy-Rate Rear Coils to achieve the ICON recommended rear ride height. Icon Vehicle Dynamics 3.0 Zeta RR Secondary Shocks

For high performance Ford Raptor suspension components, ICON Vehicle Dynamics is an industry leader. With their 3.0 coilovers and bypasses, billet aluminum upper control arms, and bolt-on rear bump stop system, drivers of ICON-equipped Ford Raptors are able to push their vehicles to a whole new level. It's this level of off-road abuse that prompted ICON to develop a 3.0 Secondary Bypass shock engineered to work perfectly with the Camburg Performance Dual Shock Lower Control Arm kit. The addition of this 3.0 Secondary Bypass means rougher terrain and larger off-road obstacles can be overcome with speed and confidence. With the turn of a knob, the compression and rebound damping of these shocks can be tuned to perfectly complement the rest of ICON's Raptor suspension products for an unparalleled level of on and off-road performance. The ICON Ford SVT Raptor Secondary front shocks are a 3-tube external bypass shock with remote reservoir. These are far from the norm when compared to a traditional bypass shock you see on trophy trucks and other off-road race vehicles. Each bypass valve has a specific port design and is individually equipped with a different spring rate to ensure proper performance at each zone of shock travel. These same bypass valves feature damped valve seats for quiet and precise operation. That means no clicking noises as you hit bumps or road chatter driving down the road. The biggest difference in these shocks versus an industry standard bypass shock is the "Easy-to-Adjust" knobs and the replaceable bypass tubes. The "Easy to Adjust" hi-resolution clicker knobs do not require any tools for adjustment, and can be adjusted in seconds for the demand of the terrain you'll be facing. Another unique feature of this shock is the replaceable bypass tubes that can be swapped out during a standard rebuild if any damage were to occur, where a normal bypass shock body would need to be completely replaced, saving you hundreds of dollars.
