EBC oversize SuperMoto disc conversions kits have 320mm oversize Supermoto discs and are constructed with a forged alloy center hub for weight reduction. These conversion kits are billet steel with a 4mm thick brake rotor for maximum stopping power. The rotor rings have extra weight-reducing scraper holes that are riveted together with a 9-button sturdy rivet system. These rotors come complete with anodized alloy relocation brackets for various models and are supplied with the complete rotor unit. These rotor conversions will require longer brake hose to complete the installation.

A 4-wheel disc brake upgrade (Corvette-style 4-piston calipers for both front and rear) was offered on the 1968 Camaro as a "heavy-duty service" package sold through Chevrolet car dealers. In 1969, a JL8 package could be ordered as a RPO on production vehicles. These unique, high-end brakes were very rare, being sold on only about 200 production vehicles. REKUDO is making complete JL8 brake systems available again. Upgraded components, like forged aluminum calipers, premium rotors, dust shields, brake hoses, spindles, hubs, and other parts can be purchased to install, maintain, and repair JL8 brake systems on your early Corvette, Camaro, or Firebird. These kits come complete with brackets and contoured rotors. EBC custom rotors feature stainless steel brake rotor rings/blades and a polished stainless steel center hub. These EBC custom rotors are contoured with a slotted profile, which greatly improves pad break-in and reduces rotor damage (rotor galling). EBC opted for stainless steel center hubs due to the weight and heavy-duty nature of larger American motorcycles that often use twin-cylinder technology, which can lead to more vibration or frame shake. All components are stainless, including rivets, washers, and spring pressure washers. Plus, both the hub and the rotor blade are made from stainless steel, so you'll have no more rusty rotors with EBC's custom rotors.
