Tilton 79-Series Master Cylinders

Tilton 79-Series master cylinders are specifically designed for use with motorsport ABS systems. Unlike traditional master cylinders, these units do not utilize a conventional cutoff port and, instead, feature a new port strategy with a mechanically opened cut-off/compensation path. Elimination of the cutoff port greatly reduces the chance of seal damage caused by high-pressure pulsations from the ABS system. The 79-Series master cylinders are available in a variety of bore sizes. Choose the model that best fits your application. Product details: * Directly interchangeable with Tilton 77- and 78-Series master cylinders * Billet aluminum body with proprietary low-friction coatings minimize wear and provide smooth operation * Rear spherical bearing mount and one-piece piston/pushrod eliminates side thrust into the master cylinder bore, providing consistent and repeatable braking * Hand-built, blueprinted, and function-tested * Serialized and recorded into Tilton build database * -3 AN outlet port * Male -4 AN O-ring seal inlet swivel fitting

Tilton Brake Proportioning Valves

Tilton's lightweight, adjustable, billet aluminum, hydraulic brake proportioning valves make it easy for crew members or drivers to make quick, precise adjustments to brake bias. Lever types have seven distinct "click-stop" positions, and their big, bright red handles make determining the level of bias selected as easy as a quick glance. Knob types offer the ability to vary the adjustment in bigger or smaller increments as needed, simply by turning the knurled knob more or less.
